Roosevelt Daniels, III
Roosevelt Daniels, III is a passionate and skillful political strategist, and organizer. Daniels has worked in several political capacities: Deputy Political Director Hillary For America (TX), National Surrogate Outreach Director Sylvester Turner for Mayor (Houston, TX), District Director for Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and Government Affairs Director for the City of Jackson, MS. In 2019, Daniels ran an IE in Houston, TX to help generate voter turnout in the African American community during their general election. Daniels has also served as one of the State Political Directors for Obama for America and was later appointed to be the 2012 Obama for America State Director for Mississippi.
Amber N. Martin, LSSBB
Senior Quality and Compliance Consultant with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and over ten years of professional experience working within FDA regulated environments. Such experience includes: Quality System Management, Global Quality Remediation, and Risk Management for Medical Devices. More recently, Amber has effectively trained and managed teams to strategically apply Regulatory guidelines to Quality Management Systems, Medical Device Reporting, and Complaint Management. She is a Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma which includes formal training in the tools and strategies of Lean Six Sigma including: DMAIC, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and eliminating wastes. In Lean Six Sigma, Amber has participated in Process Improvement events with implementations that assisted small teams yield higher production and efficiencies while maintaining or improving quality.
Quanna Marcelle, MBA
Quanna Marcelle, MBA is dedicated to disaster management and recovery project work. Quanna has served as Consulting Manager leading teams on the Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damages Settlement and has demonstrated experience in disaster recovery, vendor relations, regulatory compliance, general administration, as well as project and program management. Quanna has extensive experience in Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) programs such as Restore Louisiana, Rebuild Florida, Texas GLO, the Puerto Rico Department of Housing Home Repair, Reconstruction, or Relocation Program, and reNew Jersey Stronger.
Kenneth Williams
Kenneth Williams is the Chief Sales Officer for Frontline Recovery, responsible for managing all strategic sales direction, vision, growth, and performance of day to day sales strategies. As a well established professional with more than 16 years of experience in Leadership, Sales, Operational Management and Customer Service, Kenneth is known for driving brand growth, maximizing sales excellence, and delivering financial performance. He has led multiple high-performance organizations and won numerous awards for excellent sales performance. Kenneth has excellent client relationship skills and maintaining those partnerships.
Jim Creaghan
Jim is a strategic partner that represents decades of experience and directs many of the targeted lobbying plans and assignments for African, Mid East and South Asian countries. Jim maintains excellent federal relations with the Senate, House, executive and administrative agencies. He is responsible for implementing policies, planning work procedures and the company’s compliance program for federal and state regulations. Jim holds global financial and economic expertise. His responsibilities for day- to- day matters involved both public and privately held corporations. Previously, he worked for several members of the U.S. Congress, including Senator Russell Long, Senator Vance Hartke and U.S. Congressman Gillis Long. Additionally, he has a long standing working relationship with various federal agencies including EX-IM Bank, IMF, World Bank and OPIC. His experience in the Governmental Affairs field spans over 40 years. He holds a B.A. in political Science from Louisiana State University.
Ronnie Shows
Mr. Shows is a strategic partner and former Congressman from the State of Mississippi who works closely with the Blue Dog Democratic coalition in the House and is a close personal and professional associate of Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi. He retains personal relationships with many members of the U.S. House and Senate, including members and staff. Ronnie has traveled internationally as a select election observer in Africa and Asia. Ronnie holds degrees in education and political science from the University of Southern Mississippi.
